Developer.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a structured mentorship framework with clear objectives and
KPIs
Create training materials and resources for mentors and mentees
Conduct training sessions and develop evaluation tools to measure
program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in developing or implementing
mentorship programs
Experience in designing and implementing training programs
Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional
design
Experience working with non-profit organizations is a plus
Proven project management and organizational skills
