Job Description:
Sinanian Development, Inc. (Tarzana, CA) needs Project Manager:
Project organization using Procore: RFI's, Submittals, Inspections,
drawings, specifications, transmittals etc. Managing/ updating
as-builts for the project & keep the project updated using Building
Information Modeling (BIM). Streamlining various project/ city
requirements & reporting requirements ex SWPPP, CEQA, C&D Waste
reports etc. 20% Travel/relocation required as employee will
perform work at various unanticipated locations w/ open ended
projects w/ various client sites throughout Southern CA. Salary
