• Lead the RFP process, ensuring thorough bidding and selection.
• Manage and build vendor relationships, ensuring accountability and high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee projects from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with Regional Managers and Executive Management to align project objectives with strategic goals.
• Travel nationally to effectively oversee projects and provide hands-on leadership.Who Thrives in This Role?
• Seasoned professional with extensive experience managing capital improvement projects.
• Proven skills in vendor negotiation and contract administration.
• Comfortable with extensive travel and flexible working hours.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and contract management.
