Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Data Analyst who will optimize
sales and customer success operations through data management and
reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Support customer segmentation and book-of-business management for
sales and customer success teams
Manage and maintain CRM data integrity while generating reports for
performance analytics and QBRs
Collaborate with leadership to identify gaps in sales enablement
and support strategic decision-making through data analysis
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent
work experience
3+ years of experience in sales/business project management roles,
particularly in insurance, veterinary, or SaaS industries
CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) with strong data
analysis and reporting skills
Experience with data visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI,
or Tableau
Self-starter with the ability to identify gaps and suggest process
optimizations
